Description
The U.S. Embassy in Rome is requesting a quotation for the furnishing, delivery, and installation of modular stand-alone refrigeration wall systems for its food and beverage shop. The scope includes removal and disposal of existing refrigeration equipment and refrigerant, site protection, floor cleaning, wall painting, paneling modifications and refinishing, delivery and installation of one single-glass-door freezer and eight double-glass-door freezers, and disposal of packing materials. The equipment includes R290 refrigerant, LED lighting, powder-coated steel construction, and specified temperature, capacity, shelving, and dimensional requirements. The resulting agreement will be a firm-fixed-price purchase order, with delivery of all items required no later than 60 days after contract award. Award will be made to the lowest-priced, acceptable, responsible offeror, and the Government may award based on initial quotations without discussions. Offers must be submitted in English and include the completed SF-1449, Section 1 pricing, Section 5 representations and certifications, Attachment 1 pricing list, required qualification information, a Chamber of Commerce certificate, civil-liability insurance certificate, SAM registration evidence and UEI, and any additional information required by Section 3.
