Description
The U.S. Air Force is soliciting a firm-fixed-price contractor to provide comprehensive operational, logistical, and technical services for the FY26 AFDW PACOM Forum, scheduled for September 21–23, 2026, in Sydney, Australia. The scope includes project management; setup, transition, and teardown of designated conference spaces, including a large event space for 69 personnel, a boardroom for the Office/Secretariat, and breakout rooms with working-lunch configurations; audiovisual and information technology systems; registration and badges; on-site desk operations; catering management to meet required food-and-beverage minimums while aligning service times and preventing surcharges; security coordination; and post-event reporting and reconciliation of the final hotel master bill. The contractor must provide qualified project-management and audiovisual personnel, planning and coordination support, and continuous on-site technical and operational support during the conference. Services must comply with JTR 0302 and AFI 16-107. Quotes must include the required technical and pricing materials, including the provided price quote spreadsheet and applicable representations and certifications. The technical submission is limited to five pages, excluding a cover sheet.
