Description
The City of Lincoln is seeking a supplier for thermal paper ticket rolls used in Amano One entry and exit stations and receipt-ticket equipment. The solicitation requests an estimated 700 rolls annually: 350 rolls printed with specified parking terms and conditions and 350 blank rolls. The rolls must meet specified dimensions and material requirements, including a 60 mm width, one-inch core, 1,640-foot length, approximately 8.75- to 9-inch outer diameter, coated-side-in construction, and 9.2-pound material weight. Printed rolls must include the specified terms-and-conditions language on the back. The city generally orders twice per year, and quantities are estimates. Bidders must submit pricing and required response information through the electronic bid system. Delivery must include transportation and inside delivery, with delivery days stated in the response; the ship-to location requires a lift-gate truck, has no loading dock or pallet jack, and accepts deliveries Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. with advance notice by phone. The contract term is one year with three additional one-year renewal options. Required response materials include three similar-product references, the Foreign Adversary Contracting Prohibition Act certification, supplier information, acknowledgments, delivery lead time, Amano McGann ticket-printing experience, and pricing for both line items.
