Description
The Alabama Department of Conservation and Natural Resources is soliciting an all-or-none response for monthly interior and exterior pest control services for four buildings at Weeks Bay National Estuarine Research Reserve. The scope includes termite inspection and control, bird proofing, animal trapping, rodent control, extermination, and fumigation. Vendors must be licensed pesticide applicators, and third-party subcontractors are not permitted. The solicitation also includes an as-needed additional-services line, for which vendors must enter $0.00, and Sentricon termite installation with annual service, including the initial installation. The first service year runs from October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027. The agreement may be renewed annually for up to five years, with a cumulative value not exceeding $25,000.
