Description
UNDP Bangladesh is seeking event management services for five events under the PRLC component of ERRD-CHT: capacity-building trainings, a training for local institutions, a youth conference/workshop, an exposure visit, and youth camps. Services include event planning and coordination, facilitation, venues and logistics, participant transportation and allowances, accommodation and meals, event materials and promotional items, and documentation including videography and edited media outputs. The solicitation requires bidders to demonstrate at least five years of relevant experience and at least three completed assignments in the Chittagong Hill Tracts for specified types of organizations. The response includes company and registration information, recent project experience, financial soundness evidence, technical compliance and delivery planning, bidder declarations, and pricing.
