Description
Florence School District Five is soliciting proposals for 17 new, unused BARD wall-mount HVAC units: six W30HF-A05 units, four W48HF-B09 units, five W36HF-B09 units, and two W36HF-A09 units. Proposals must include unit and extended pricing for each model, the total delivered cost including freight and other charges, anticipated lead times and delivery schedules, and full manufacturer warranty information. Respondents must identify any deviations from the specified manufacturer or model numbers in an Exception Statement. The proposal must also include a signed copy of the RFP, three references from other school districts or customers with phone numbers and email addresses, and any additional relevant information. Proposals will be evaluated on completeness, equipment compliance, total delivered cost, delivery schedule, vendor experience, warranty support, references, and past performance.
