Description
The Town of Ashland is seeking a qualified consultant to conduct a hotel feasibility study on selected sites within the Town limits. This request for proposal aims to accelerate the recruitment of quality hotel investment in Ashland. The contract will be awarded through a competitive negotiation process for non-professional services, in accordance with SS2.2-4302.2 of the Virginia Public Procurement Act (VPPA).
