Description
The University of Montana intends to award a sole-source contract to MeetYourClass Inc. for Reach, an enterprise software-as-a-service platform that plans, creates, schedules, publishes, and analyzes social media content. Required capabilities include an uncapped higher-education content index covering public Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook posts; IPEDS-based peer benchmarking; automated classification into 34 higher-education content categories; multi-stakeholder drafting, approval, and publishing workflows; and native content-submission forms for students, staff, faculty, alumni, and partners. The scope also includes onboarding, support, content-research services, integration with the university's social accounts and SAML single sign-on, and the ability to pass social-engagement data to the university's Slate CRM. The notice is not a request for competitive proposals; vendors may submit written challenges or detailed descriptions of an equivalent solution. The university states that MeetYourClass Reach was the only evaluated platform combining all required capabilities and may proceed with the sole-source award if no successful challenge is received.
