Description
Kids Peace Corporation is seeking an internet service provider to deliver internet access of at least 500 Mbps, including the physical connection, necessary premise equipment, monitoring, maintenance, and connectivity to the Owner’s existing network. The requested service must support 24/7 availability, multiple Tier 1 providers, specified network protocols, secure traffic isolation, and single-mode fiber handoff at the MDF. Respondents must provide pricing for eligible and ineligible services and equipment, one-time and recurring costs, managed-router options, and symmetrical and asymmetrical service options where specified. The proposal must include an itemized bid price sheet, a signed and dated multi-year service agreement, respondent information, a completed General Acknowledgement form, at least three client references from winning proposals within the last three calendar years, respondent qualifications, and an implementation plan if applicable. Responses must be submitted through the project website in PDF format and may not exceed 15 MB. The initial contract term is July 1, 2027, through June 30, 2028, with two optional one-year extensions; service may not begin before July 1, 2027, or extend beyond June 30, 2028, under the stated funding year.
