Description
The Uniformed Services University Neuroscience PhD program is hosting a Winter Symposium and Vendor Fair on December 3, 2026, featuring on-site exhibitors that provide neuroscience equipment, supplies, services, and software for neuroscience laboratories. Exhibit space is limited, registration is free, and exhibitor confirmation will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis. Each organization may register up to two attendees. Registration must be completed through the provided Google Forms link by November 15, 2026, although registration may close earlier if all exhibitor slots are filled. Email and other registration methods will not be accepted. Vendors are responsible for all attendance, administrative, preparation, and travel costs.
