Description
The National Institutes of Health seeks access for NIH and served Department of Health and Human Services staff to Web of Science databases and Journal Citation Reports, with options for InCites Benchmarking. The requirement also includes desktop bibliographic management software with citation-style, collaboration, reference-update, and journal-matching features; API access; open-URL linking; database and platform updates; technical support; and documentation and training materials. Database content must be updated at least weekly, and Journal Citation Reports annually. The contract is an indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity vehicle with a base year and four option years, plus pricing for an additional six-month extension option. Offers are evaluated on technical proposal/program plan, organizational experience, past performance, personnel experience and availability, and price. The solicitation requests a completed FAR 52.212-3 representation and certification provision with the offer.
