Description
South Coast Air Quality Management District is procuring two zero air generators for its ambient air monitoring network. Each unit must be self-contained, rack-mountable, include its own compressor, provide at least 20 SLPM output capacity, maintain regulated output pressure of approximately 30 psig or greater, achieve a dew point below -40°C, and meet specified purity limits for ambient and trace-gas applications. The vendor must provide accessories and specialized tools, operating and service manuals, schematics and flow diagrams, calibration reports, spare-parts lists and pricing, delivery scheduling, a minimum one-year warranty, long-term spare-parts availability, and supporting failure-rate documentation. Optional Zoom training must be itemized. The quote must include equipment, shipping, warranty, training, and estimated annual spare-parts costs. Acceptance testing will occur after delivery.
