Description
Fermi Forward Discovery Group, LLC, for Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory, is soliciting a firm-fixed-price proposal for 500 HD coldbox insulation panels under the LBNF/DUNE project. The procurement specification identifies multiple panel configurations, including standard and custom panels, with most pieces 6 3/4 inches thick unless otherwise noted. The assembly includes polyisocyanurate insulation layers, aluminum sheeting, vapor barriers, adhesive, G10 thermal rods, nuts, washers, and related components. The proposal must include domestic material, FOB Fermilab delivery terms, and all freight charges. Exceptions to the specifications and additional charges for containers, tooling, or other items must be clearly identified. The response package must include a formal quote on company letterhead with product descriptions and specifications, the completed RFP form, the completed SARC subcontractor annual representations and certifications form, and the completed PUR-466 proposal certifications form. Award will be based on the lowest price among technically acceptable, responsible offerors, and the buyer intends to award without discussions.
