Description
The Concordia Parish School Board is soliciting sealed bids for construction of parking lot and drainage improvements at Ferriday High School. Bidders must submit the proper bid form, include their contractor's license number, hold an active Louisiana license in the appropriate classification, and provide the required bid security in the form and amount specified in the Instructions to Bidders. The successful bidder must execute the owner's standard construction agreement and provide performance and payment bonds within 10 working days after issuance of the Notice of Award. Mobilization and procurement of materials must begin within 10 working days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Electronic bid documents must be obtained from the engineer, and bidders are responsible for reproducing or printing them.
