Description
The University of Missouri is seeking one or more suppliers to provide data transport services connecting Missouri Research and Education Network (MOREnet) member sites to the MOREnet backbone. The scope includes Ethernet tail circuits from member premises through the supplier network, aggregation circuits delivered to MOREnet points of presence, virtual circuits, circuit activation and installation, industry-standard termination equipment, and ongoing service-level support. Proposals will be evaluated and awarded on a site-by-site basis, with firm pricing for requested and future circuit orders during the contract term. Services must be operational within 120 calendar days of each order and must meet specified performance requirements, including latency, packet loss, network availability, jitter, bandwidth delivery, quality-of-service handling, monitoring compatibility, maintenance notification, and Ethernet delivery standards. Respondents must participate in applicable Federal Universal Service Fund programs and provide a Service Provider Identification Number. Pricing must be submitted using the required spreadsheet with embedded formulas removed before submission.
