Defence Construction Canada is soliciting construction and installation services for a 300 kW solar photovoltaic array and associated microgrid infrastructure. The scope includes battery energy storage, diesel generators, an electrical building, a grid controller, 1,500 VDC combiners, 300 kW inverters, a 600 V AC combiner panel, transformers, and the required labor, materials, supervision, and equipment. The estimated opportunity value is $15,797,100. The work must reach substantial completion within 567 calendar days after contract-award notification and be fully completed within 28 calendar days after substantial completion. The contractor must maintain a valid Designated Organization Screening issued through Canada's Contract Security Program during performance.
