Description
The United Nations Development Programme seeks the supply, installation, and commissioning of autonomous photovoltaic systems for 15 community health centers. The scope includes solar panels, lithium batteries, hybrid inverters, mounting structures, electrical protection and cabling, security equipment, and preventive-maintenance kits. Systems must meet the stated technical specifications and provide reliable power for medical, information technology, and telecommunications equipment. The contractor must install and test the systems, train health-center staff and local technicians in operation and preventive maintenance, and provide user guides, technical documentation, commissioning and test reports, and a final execution report. The solicitation also requires equipment and installation warranties, plus after-sales service and technical support. The maximum performance period is 90 calendar days from contract notification.
