Description
The district seeks a provider to operate, manage, and monitor its existing internal broadband network across two buildings serving approximately 1,000 users. Required services include 24/7 monitoring and alerting, incident response and troubleshooting, operational and configuration management, performance optimization, and monthly documentation and service reporting. The service must support the district’s existing Meraki Dashboard, Arctic Wolf, Barracuda, and Cisco Umbrella management platforms. The scope also includes installation and initial configuration of eligible new equipment added during the contract term and on-site staff training. Proposals must separately itemize eligible and ineligible costs and include the completed pricing form and the vendor’s SPIN. Vendors must provide three references for current or recent projects of equivalent size, preferably in K–12 environments, and identify any affiliates or subcontractors performing work. The district requests pricing for three- and five-year terms; the stated service term is February 19, 2028, through June 30, 2032.
