Description
Independent School District #756 of Minnesota is seeking managed internal broadband services for 105 devices across six lines of existing, applicant-owned equipment. The provider will manage the equipment; bidders must price the service as a monthly charge for the requested three-year and five-year term options. The pricing form also requests support hours and response times, reporting frequency, any one-time setup or onboarding charges, and separate pricing for other offered items such as warranties, support subscriptions, or software upgrades. Bidders must submit the completed pricing workbook in Excel format with their proposal, itemize eligible and ineligible costs separately, and include their SPIN. Vendors must offer manufacturer-authorized products and comply with applicable restrictions on covered equipment; authorized manufacturer partnership is required unless the vendor agrees that grey-market products will not be accepted. The successful bidder must be willing to provide E-rate discounted billing if requested. Evaluation gives points for a local presence or office within 150 miles of the applicant.
