Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is soliciting a quotation for two aluminum alloy metal plates, NSN 9535-01-036-8816. Each plate must be 1.250 inches thick, 48 inches wide, and 144 inches long, with an approximate weight of 864 pounds, and must conform to the specified technical data package, including aluminum alloy 2024, temper T851, SAE AMS4268, applicable reference drawings, quality-assurance requirements, and related ASTM and military standards. The solicitation requires exact dimensions, qualified-supplier compliance under the Qualified Suppliers List for Distributors program, metal/mill-material certification, destination inspection, and packaging, preservation, marking, and palletization in accordance with the cited military and industry standards.
