Description
East Carroll Parish Police Jury is requesting Statements of Qualifications from qualified engineering firms for the Baxter Bayou Improvements Project, Parish Project No. 4611, RFQ No. 92026. The selected firm will provide consulting engineering services, with the overall level and scope to be determined by the Police Jury and a fixed-sum contract negotiated with the selected respondent. Responses will be evaluated using the selection criteria in the official Request for Qualifications information packet, including work references and committee scoring. Firms must be registered and in good standing with the Louisiana State Board of Registration for Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors and must include current registration certificates. The selected firm must be prepared to provide an audited overhead rate for contract negotiation and cost-reasonableness review. The project is subject to applicable FEMA Hazard Mitigation Assistance, Louisiana, and Police Jury requirements.
