Description
The City of Camden seeks to appoint up to five attorneys or law firms as special counsel to defend the City and its officials in general litigation matters and appeals arising from those matters. The requested services include litigation involving the New Jersey Tort Claims Act, the New Jersey Contractual Liability Act, Section 1983 claims, Office of Administrative Law matters, and other legal matters involving the defense of the City and its officials.
