Description
The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, through its Department of General Services, Bureau of Procurement, is issuing an Invitation to Qualify (ITQ) for contractors to provide Less Lethal Tactical Weapons, Equipment, Accessories, Supplies, and Duty Gear. This contract will be open to Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and authorized resellers and distributors. Local Public Procurement Units may also utilize this contract. To qualify, suppliers must first register as a PA Supplier to obtain a vendor number and then create a user profile within the JAGGAER portal. Qualifications will only be accepted electronically. Contractors must demonstrate a minimum of two years of experience supplying products within the relevant commodity codes, provide manufacturer authorization if not an OEM, and complete a Manufacturer Identification Sheet. The contract term is set to end on August 31, 2028, with potential for extension. Key commodity codes include Electroshock Weapons and Accessories, Chemical Irritants and Accessories, Duty Belts, Holsters, Pouches, and Cases, Less Lethal Weapons and Accessories, Protective Equipment, Optics & Accessories, Restraints, and Cleaning Kits & Accessories. Excluded items include firearms, ammunition, uniforms, eye wear, and Axon Taser Smart Weapons.
