MTA Construction & Development is seeking a Project Management Consultant for Metro-North Railroad's Hudson Line Bundle. The PMC will ensure compliance with applicable requirements, regulations, and standards for a program comprising track electrification and substation upgrades delivered through design-bid-build, plus track profile raising, undergrade bridge replacement, and slope stabilization delivered through design-build contractors. The opportunity is funded entirely through capital funds and has an estimated value range of $10 million to $50 million. The contract term is 60 months. The solicitation identifies contracting goals of 15% MBE, 15% WBE, and 6% SDVOB. Vendors must be registered in SAM and obtain an MTA bidder/supplier number before document requests can be processed.
