Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking four disposable, sterile intravenous fluid administration sets, NSN 6515-01-562-6724. The required configuration includes needleless connections, coiled 96-inch tubing, two injection sites, and a 10-drop-per-milliliter specification. The units must have a 36-month shelf life, with no more than five months elapsed between manufacture and delivery. The supplier must identify the source and part number offered and provide complete technical data for any alternate product. The item is FDA-regulated and must satisfy applicable registration, listing, labeling, good manufacturing practice, packaging, marking, domestic-material, and medical-device requirements. Delivery is FOB destination within 20 days after acknowledgment of the order, to the Davenport, Iowa destination specified in the solicitation.
