Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is soliciting quotations for two line items of nonmetallic hose, NSN 4720-00-866-4962, with 10 feet required for each purchase request, for a total quantity of 20 feet. The specified part is SAE 100R3, size 12, manufactured in accordance with SAE J517-2020 Revision dated July 1, 2020. The acquisition is full and open competition and is not a small-business set-aside. The hose must be delivered within five days and supplied FOB origin. Destination inspection and acceptance apply. Requirements include MIL-STD-2073-1E packaging, MIL-STD-129 marking, Type I shelf life of 120 months that is non-extendable, shelf-life markings showing cure and expiration dates, and compliance with applicable domestic-material restrictions. The solicitation states that all quotes must be submitted through the DLA Internet Bid Board System.
