Description
The City of Hartselle is soliciting sealed bids for carbon reduction grant-funded detection systems for traffic signals and related signal improvements at various locations in Hartselle, Morgan County, Alabama. The procurement includes the Information for Bidders, bid and contract forms, plans, specifications, and associated bond forms. Each bid must include a bid bond or certified check equal to 5% of the bid price. The successful bidder must provide 100% performance and payment bonds and hold an Alabama contractor license under the Municipal and Utility specialty classification. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder.
