Description
SUNY Upstate Medical University proposes to purchase KOL Bio-Medical products and accessories, along with related products manufactured by KOL Bio-Medical. Vendors may offer equivalent products, but must provide supporting documentation and product samples at no cost for examination, demonstration, and trial. The successful contractor must submit applicable Vendor Responsibility documentation and comply with New York State Finance Law Sections 139-j and 139-k and Tax Law Section 5-a. The procurement is for a one-year contract, and no substantially similar contract awards were identified within the past five years.
