Description
East Porter County School Corporation is soliciting proposals for FY2027 Category 2 E-Rate equipment and maintenance. The project includes new, factory-sealed UPS and battery-backup equipment, network management cards, related hardware, software and licenses, and basic maintenance. The listed equipment includes Eaton, Tripp Lite, APC, and equivalent products, with quantities and specifications provided in Appendix A. Used, refurbished, open-box, discontinued, gray-market, and other non-new equipment will not be accepted. Proposals must provide line-item pricing, clearly identify eligible and ineligible costs, list manufacturer and part number information, describe equivalent products and required functionality, provide manufacturer certifications and experience, include two similar-installation references, provide an E-Rate SPIN number, and include a ready-to-execute contract incorporating the stated E-Rate contingencies. The district may consider multi-year contracts and may adjust quantities or cancel the project based on funding availability. Basic maintenance is also requested for the UPS equipment.
