Description
The Minnesota Department of Administration is seeking proposals from qualified responders to provide fleet management and maintenance coordination services for participating state agencies. The solution must include a secure, web-based platform accessible to authorized users across agencies. The scope includes administration and coordination of vehicle maintenance, repairs, roadside assistance, warranty and recall management, reporting, and other fleet management functions. The event is a formal RFP, and responses must be submitted electronically through the SWIFT Supplier Portal; non-electronic and email responses will not be accepted. The solicitation uses an external price schedule, and Attachment G must be uploaded as instructed.
