Description
Kenosha Unified School District seeks comprehensive English language arts curriculum and instructional resources for grades 6–12, including middle-school ELA and specified high-school literature courses. Materials must align with the 2020 Wisconsin ELA Standards and support reading, vocabulary, grammar, writing, English language learners, varied instructional needs, assessment, discussion, enrichment, and family engagement. The requested resources may include print and digital student and teacher materials, interactive activities, videos, audio, assessments, ancillary materials, and equipment or supply kits. Vendors should describe available components and professional learning options, including implementation training, ongoing coaching or support, and on-demand online learning, and provide digital preview access for teachers; print samples are not requested at this stage. The district requests pricing by item and grade using the provided specification sheet. The response must include the signed proposal cover sheet, a company W-9 with an authorized signature, the completed bidder qualifications information, at least three references from governmental or school-district customers using the Reference Data Sheet, pricing, and any addenda acknowledgment if applicable. Proposals must also state service terms and conditions and identify any exceptions; alternatives may be submitted as an attachment labeled “Alternate.” The district may award to multiple vendors, and quantities may vary with enrollment. The service start date will be set at the district’s request.
