Description
The Oklahoma Municipal Power Authority is requesting bids for one complete outdoor, three-pole SF6 generator circuit breaker for the Charles D. Lamb 2 Project. The required equipment is rated for 13.8 kV, 60 Hz, and 8,000 amps, with specified short-circuit, dielectric, transient-recovery-voltage, and operating-time requirements. The scope includes the circuit breaker, transformer-side disconnect switch, grounding switches, current and potential transformers, surge capacitors, surge arresters, control cabinet, accessories, start-up spare parts, special erection and maintenance tools, and all required interfaces with the isolated-phase bus duct and generator step-up transformer. The seller must design, manufacture, factory-assemble, inspect, test, paint, preserve, package, and deliver the equipment; provide engineering drawings, data sheets, schedules, testing documentation, installation information, technical field assistance, and start-up engineering; and support field testing and commissioning. The bid package requires a cover letter, bid proposal, exception statement, bidder experience documentation, non-collusion affidavit, business relationships affidavit, completed proposal data and pricing forms, and a preliminary project schedule. The original bid and three complete copies must be submitted in a sealed envelope, with an electronic PDF copy emailed after the bid deadline. The anticipated delivery completion date is February 1, 2029, and commercial operation is scheduled for March 26, 2030.
