Tuolumne Utilities District is soliciting proposals from qualified system suppliers for a complete packaged inclined plate settler system to treat filter backwash, blowdown, and flush wastewater at the Sierra Pines Regional Water Treatment Facility. Proposers must submit one complete proposal covering both a 140-gpm Alternative A and a 235-gpm Alternative B; the District intends to award no more than one alternative. The scope includes system design, engineering, manufacturing, factory testing, delivery, installation assistance, startup and commissioning, operator training, warranty support, chemical conditioning and mixing, plate settling, automatic sludge collection and withdrawal, instrumentation, controls, and SCADA integration. The system must provide automatic and intermittent operation, achieve clarified-water turbidity of no more than 10 NTU within the specified influent range, support automatic sludge withdrawal, and integrate with Allen-Bradley CompactLogix and Ignition SCADA using EtherNet/IP. Proposals must include technical data, drawings, calculations, maintenance schedules, warranty information, demonstrated-performance documentation, at least three comparable United States references, exceptions and deviations, and completed pricing and performance-guarantee information.
