Description
The City of Highland Village is soliciting sealed bids for reconstruction of Highland Shores Boulevard from Twin Cove Drive/Hillside Drive to approximately 200 feet west of Lake Cove, in accordance with the project plans, specifications, and contract documents prepared by Schaumburg & Polk, Inc. Bids must include the information required by the Proposal Form and be accompanied by either a cashier’s or certified check, or a bid bond, in an amount of at least 5% of the total maximum bid price. The successful contractor will be required to provide a 100% performance bond, 100% labor and material payment bond, and 100% maintenance bond. A contractor’s certificate of insurance, including workers’ compensation and additional-insured provisions, is also required with the payment and performance bonds.
