Description
BC Housing Management Commission is seeking a supplier to provide site representative services at Fraser Village Homes, a 57-unit housing complex serving seniors and people with disabilities. The supplier will represent BC Housing, provide designated services to tenants, support the day-to-day operation of the premises, and oversee all aspects of interior and exterior maintenance. The principal Site Representative is ideally expected to have at least two years of experience. The supplier and its employees or approved contractors must have the interpersonal skills necessary to interact tactfully and effectively with tenants and maintain positive tenant relations. The solicitation includes a questionnaire, pricing form, submission form, fire safety procedures, and master specifications for interior repainting.
