Description
Washington-Saratoga-Warren-Hamilton-Essex BOCES, on behalf of Stillwater Central School District, is soliciting proposals for dedicated, symmetrical Internet connectivity. Proposed solutions may use leased lit fiber or third-party networks and must provide a fiber or equivalent handoff, 14 usable IP addresses (/28), utilization and performance metrics upon request, and 24/7/365 network engineer support. Vendors may propose 500 Mbps, 1 Gbps, or 2 Gbps bandwidth at either 36-month or 60-month terms; pricing must separately identify special construction, monthly recurring, and non-recurring costs. The proposal package must include the required certifications, references for three similar customers or agencies from the past three years, vendor data security and New York Education Law 2-d compliance materials, E-Rate supplemental terms and conditions, a signed RFP Signature Page, and a completed Pricing Proposal Sheet. Respondents must provide a valid Service Provider Identification Number or proof of application, certify compliance with E-Rate lowest-corresponding-price and covered-equipment restrictions, and submit new, unused, currently available products or services. The solicitation permits mailed or hand-delivered proposals only and requires the submission to be sealed and clearly marked.
