The Societe quebecoise des infrastructures (SQI) is issuing a public call for tenders for planned maintenance services of mechanical and electrical equipment for seven buildings located in the Gaspesie region of Quebec. The buildings are situated in Perce, Grande-Riviere, Chandler, and Gaspe. The contract is for a period of 36 months, with services expected to begin on November 1, 2026. Bidders must hold the required licenses under the Building Act and have a permanent establishment in Quebec or in a territory covered by an applicable intergovernmental agreement. A bid guarantee of 3% of the bid amount is required. Submissions may be made electronically through the SEAO system or on paper, with specific requirements for each method. No site visit is planned. The public opening of bids will be broadcast live on the Internet.
