Description
Sergeant Bluff-Luton Community School District is soliciting bids for Category 2 network equipment and services, including firewall equipment with software and licensing, 17 UPS/battery backup units, and license renewals for existing equipment. Equivalent products and licensing are acceptable where specified; bidders must identify eligible and ineligible costs separately and provide documentation of equivalence for substitute products. Installation and initial configuration are requested for one firewall item. The district is also seeking managed internal broadband services for 142 existing devices across 21 lines. The pricing form requests a one-year service price and details on support hours, response times, and reporting. Bidders must submit the district’s completed Excel pricing workbook with their proposal, include their SPIN, offer manufacturer-authorized products or agree not to provide grey-market products, and be prepared to provide E-rate discounted billing if requested.
