Description
The district seeks Category 1 internet access and data transmission services for its hub at Sergeant Bluff-Luton Elementary School, with service options at East Campus, an indoor batting facility, and the Transportation Building. The hub and Transportation Building options include bandwidth offerings from 1 Gbps up to 10 Gbps; East Campus and the batting facility require at least 100 Mbps each. For the Transportation Building, bidders may propose either direct internet service or a 1 Gbps symmetrical transport circuit connecting it to the district hub. Price each additional location separately and itemize eligible and ineligible costs, recurring charges, installation, and any special construction. The district also seeks a timeline to bring all sites online by July 1, 2027, and requires bidders to provide three references from current or recent customers, preferably K–12 schools, with projects equivalent in size. The completed pricing form and vendor SPIN must be included. Bidders may resell or subcontract third-party lit service if they provide written proof that the third party can serve all proposed locations.
