Description
The Florida Department of Management Services is soliciting a single services provider through ITN DMS-26/27-025 to establish and operate MyFloridaNet-3, a statewide telecommunications network. The scope includes core and access wide area network services, Internet and data transmission, metropolitan area and point-to-point transport, cable, cellular, low-Earth-orbit satellite and dedicated Internet access, cloud transport, customer-premises equipment, centralized VPN, SD-WAN, optional SASE, network management, service monitoring, billing integration, and 24x7x365 network and security operations center support. The provider must design, deploy, manage, secure, monitor, maintain, and refresh a highly available statewide infrastructure supporting schools, libraries, state agencies, and other eligible entities. Requirements include enterprise firewalls, SIEM, DDoS protection, MFA, redundant geographically diverse infrastructure, SLAs, E-rate compliance and support, project management, and migration from MyFloridaNet-2. The initial contract term is seven years, with a potential seven-year renewal term. The solicitation requires extensive technical, staffing, business qualifications, past-performance, project-management, migration, and pricing responses using the ITN forms, tabs, and attachments.
