Description
The State of Minnesota is requesting bids for the purchase of gates for the Department of Natural Resources Park and Trails Division. The gates will be installed at Minneopa State Park. The contractor must be able to provide gates at a contracted rate to the location specified in Exhibit C of the contract document. The solicitation requires that all materials for the gates be ASTMA847, with the exception of cane bolts, which must be Stainless Steel. All welding must comply with AWS D1.1 standards. Specific gate designs for various widths (23'-28' and 28'-35') are provided in attached documents. Responses must be submitted electronically through the SWIFT Supplier Portal by June 24, 2026, 2:00 PM CT. Non-electronic and e-mail responses will not be accepted. Questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted in writing to Jeeneng.vang@state.mn.us no later than June 24, 2026, 2:00 PM CT. The anticipated contract term is from July 2026 to December 2026, with the option to extend for additional one-year increments. The estimated total dollar value for one year is $20,000 to $35,000.
