Description
North East Independent School District is soliciting proposals for health and wellness products, supplies, and services through an Extended Response Period. Potential offerings include wellness events and activities, yoga, massage therapy, therapy-animal visits, employee team-building events, stress-relief activities, health-tracking monitors, fitness classes or supplies, nutrition demonstrations or classes, amusement-center activities, and other related products or services. Product vendors may submit catalog, manufacturer, company, or shelf-pricing discounts; service providers must describe their offerings and fee structures. The district will accept, evaluate, and award proposals incrementally to multiple vendors throughout the solicitation period, with purchases made on an as-needed basis and no guaranteed quantities or dollar amounts. The initial contract term is one year, with up to four additional one-year extensions. Service providers must submit a signed and notarized Hold Harmless Agreement and provide proof of insurance; all proposers must complete the required vendor, tax, conflict-of-interest, and electronic bid attributes and submit three non-district references for substantially similar work.
