Description
The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Complex Oakdale, is soliciting a firm-fixed-price construction contract to provide all equipment, labor, materials, and incidentals required to remove and demolish existing 500,000-gallon ground-mounted water tanks and install two 948,131-gallon ground-mounted water tanks. The work will occur outside the prison's secure perimeter. The estimated project magnitude is $5,000,000 to $10,000,000. The applicable NAICS code is 237110, Water and Sewer Line and Related Structures Construction, with a $45 million small-business size standard. The project is a 100 percent small-business set-aside, has a 336-calendar-day period of performance beginning upon issuance of the Notice to Proceed, and quotes will be evaluated on price and past performance. Amendment 0002 incorporates questions and responses, site photos, a geotechnical report, and a site plan drawing, and extends the quote deadline to September 4, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. Central Time.
