Description
The City of Dallas is soliciting a quote for a hydraulic pump kit under an informal solicitation. The requested goods must be delivered to the specified City facility, and the vendor must provide itemized pricing using the provided Bid Table response template. The solicitation requires completion of the Bid Table and acceptance of the terms and conditions, along with submission of the City’s Conflict of Interest Questionnaire. Goods must be new, conform to specifications, and are subject to the City’s one-year warranty requirements after official acceptance. The City may consider equivalent products unless the specifications state that substitutions are not permitted.
