Description
The Naval Air Systems Command intends to leverage Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-26-G-1002 to negotiate and award, in phases, FY27 spares and repair equipment supporting the MQ-25A Stingray Air Vehicle. The notice states that the action is intended to be sole source because The Boeing Company is the sole designer, developer, and manufacturer of the MQ-25A unmanned aircraft and is considered the only contractor with the required staff, facilities, equipment, suppliers, and technical understanding. This is a notice of intent rather than a request for competitive proposals; interested parties may identify their interest and capability, and companies seeking subcontracting opportunities are encouraged to contact Boeing.
