Description
This Sources Sought notice requests capability information from vendors that can furnish the compressed and specialty gases and cryogenic fluids listed in the attached gas schedule. The anticipated requirement is a five-year Blanket Purchase Agreement for on-call delivery, bulk and microbulk tank refills, initial fills, cylinder exchanges, and collection of empty cylinders. The schedule includes industrial and high-purity gases, calibration mixtures, and associated cylinders or containers. The contractor would provide labor, equipment, tools, and transportation; quote service requests within one business day; and generally perform within one week of a service call, or within one business day for emergency service. The notice also asks vendors to describe product coverage, subcontracting plans, relevant experience, and whether they can deliver specified items to Joint Base San Antonio as well as Hill Air Force Base. This is market research only, not a solicitation for offers or a commitment to award.
