Description
The State seeks a contractor to supply and deliver compressed medical, industrial, and specialty gases and liquids to participating agencies. The scope includes routine deliveries, authorized emergency deliveries within 24 hours, filling State- and customer-owned cylinders, and providing and maintaining cylinders, valves, fittings, and related equipment. Cylinder capacities must be within 15% of requested sizes, and customer-owned cylinders must generally be returned within ten business days. The contractor must also provide medical-grade gases, liquid oxygen containers and portable carry-all units as requested, and specified gauges, flow meters, cylinder stands, and carrying cases at no additional cost. Deliveries require packing slips with container and delivery details, and Safety Data Sheets must accompany initial shipments and be provided upon request. The solicitation is an MBE set-aside; bidders must have active MBE certification when it closes. Responses are submitted through the OhioBuys Supplier Portal, and suppliers must be registered there to participate.
