Description
Killeen Independent School District is soliciting proposals from multiple vendors for as-needed awards and promotional products on a percentage-discount basis from catalog pricing. The scope includes badges, buttons, emblems, identification cards, card holders, convention badges and name tags, engraved metal and plastic nameplates, presentation holders, ribbons and rosettes, recycled awards, trophies, service awards, luggage and identification tags, and personalized promotional items such as shirts, jackets, patches, pencils, and banners. Vendors must provide a numeric percentage discount response for the line item; a supplemental price list may also be submitted. The solicitation supplements an existing contract and permits incremental multiple awards during the offering period. Purchases will be made as needed, with no guaranteed quantity or volume, and vendors awarded under RFP 26-31-08-201 are not required to respond. The agreement is expected to run from November 6, 2026, through August 31, 2027, with four automatic one-year extensions through August 31, 2031.
