Description
The City of Rochester Hills is seeking a vendor for a three-year blanket purchase order covering Parker hydraulic hoses, fittings, sleeves, adapters, and related hydraulic parts, with miscellaneous service. The contract will support equipment such as dump trucks, excavators, and loaders. Unit prices are requested, and actual quantities will vary. The vendor must normally stock Parker hydraulic parts, provide timely delivery to the City's Department of Public Services Maintenance Facility, and state delivery times, delivery method, minimum order requirements, operating hours, warranty policy, pricing guarantees, payment options, and any exceptions. The completed quote form and specifications must be submitted with the proposal.
