Scranton Public School District is publishing its Back-to-School Health and Safety Plan for community review and feedback, as required by the federal ESSER II and ESSER III COVID-19 relief grants. The plan outlines the district's return to in-person learning in August 2020, including classroom restructuring for social distancing, procurement of PPE supplies, and adherence to state and CDC guidelines.
